This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers only this website and our direct communication with you.
2. Information you give us
When you use the contact form, the newsletter field, WhatsApp, email or a phone call, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, business type and whatever you tell us about your project. We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this website.
3. How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare a quotation, deliver an agreed project, send invoices and, if you subscribed, send occasional updates. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses essential cookies to remember preferences such as your light or dark theme choice. We may also use standard analytics to understand which pages people visit and how the site performs. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will keep working.
5. Third parties
Some services we rely on may process limited data on our behalf: our hosting provider, email provider, Google services such as Maps and analytics, and WhatsApp when you message us there. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
6. Security
The site runs over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum, which is the simplest protection there is.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to twelve months. Records connected to a completed project are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it within a reasonable time. To stop receiving updates, reply to any message with the word stop.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
