Terms & Conditions

How we work, what is included, and what each side is responsible for. Written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Scope of work

Every project begins with a written scope: the pages, the features, the plan chosen and what is included in it. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it. If you are unsure whether something is included, ask before work begins and we will confirm it in writing.

2. Commencement

Work begins once the advance payment is received and we have the initial content, photographs and access we asked for. The project timeline starts from that date, not from the date of enquiry.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to questions and drafts within a reasonable time, and nominate one person as the point of contact for approvals. Delays in feedback move the delivery date by the same number of days.

4. Content and material

You confirm that the logos, photographs, certificates, product details and text you give us are yours to use, or that you hold the rights to use them. We are not liable for claims arising from material supplied by you. Where we write content or direct photography, you will get a draft to review before it goes live.

5. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is payable in advance and the balance before the website goes live. Prices shown on the pricing page are the amounts payable for the build. Applicable taxes, if any, are charged additionally as per law. Third-party costs such as premium domains, paid plugins, stock imagery or paid advertising are billed at actuals.

6. Revisions

Each plan includes two rounds of design revisions and reasonable content corrections during the build. A change of direction after design approval, or a request to rebuild an approved page, is treated as new work and quoted separately.

7. Timelines and delays

We share an expected delivery window at the start and work to it. Delays caused by pending content, pending approvals, pending payment or third-party services (domain registrars, hosting providers, verification bodies) extend the timeline accordingly.

8. Domain and hosting

Domain and hosting for the first year are included in every plan and are registered in your name with your email as the owner. From the second year, renewals are Rs 3,000 per year covering domain, hosting and basic upkeep. If renewal is not paid, the website and email may be suspended by the provider; we are not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by non-renewal.

9. Third-party services

Some parts of a project depend on services we do not own, such as domain registrars, hosting companies, Google, WhatsApp, payment gateways and analytics tools. Their availability, policies and pricing are outside our control.

10. Intellectual property and ownership

On full and final payment, ownership of the delivered website, its content and its design transfers to you. We retain ownership of our internal tools, components, code libraries and working files used across projects.

11. Portfolio use

We may display the finished work, screenshots and a brief description in our portfolio, gallery and social media. If you would prefer we did not, tell us in writing and we will keep the project private.

12. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time in writing. Amounts covering work already completed are non-refundable, and any domain, hosting or third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable. If we are unable to complete a project for reasons on our side, we refund the amount paid for work not yet delivered.

13. Maintenance and support

Thirty days of small edits are included after launch. After that, support is available under a maintenance arrangement or on request. Backups, security updates and uptime monitoring run on all hosted sites.

14. Liability

We build carefully and test before launch, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the project in question.

15. Communication

Day-to-day communication happens over WhatsApp, email and calls. Approvals, scope changes and payment confirmations should be sent in writing so both sides have a record.

16. General

These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page on the date your project begins.
